On behalf of a tenant within the insurance district of EC3, we have provided advice in relation to an outstanding rent review within their existing lease.
The advice given was in relation to a 2019 rent review which hasn't been operated by the landlord.
The client wanted to know whether they should make provisions within their budget for an increase and potential backdated rental payments.
The preliminary report was provided within a week and the advice given has allowed them to be confident in their budgeting for 2020.
