I am providing ongoing assistance and support in connection with the redevelopment of a prominent light industrial site with the potential for residential development located within the Forest Road Corridor.
Support to the freeholder includes an initial report detailing the potential massing and viability of a residential scheme in line with local planning policy, resale values, existing use value and consideration of alternative uses.
In addition, advice has been provided relating to methods of disposal or costs to redevelop direct and retain for income.
