We recently acquired this property in Clacton-on-Sea for a client. It comprised some 12,000 sqft plus car parking and was purchased with vacant possession.


However, following negotiations with the occupier, a deal was struck and they continue to operate the premises under a short term lease as a gym, restaurant, pool and snooker club.
