Lockdown rent concessions secured for music shops on Denmark Street

I provided lease advisory services to a group of well established retailers during difficult and uncertain times.

The four music shops I acted for were Rose Morris, Regent Sounds, Westside and Rockers Guitars (who trade as Hanks), who are all based in Denmark Street, WC1.
